Smithsonian Museums

There are total of 19 museums in Smithsonian Museum, and here are some brief explanation of some of the museums.

National Museum of African Art- This museums contains artworks that fuses the technical achievements, visual imagery, spiritual beliefs and social purposes into one.

National Air and Space museum-  This museum focuses on the Technological development of aerospace engineering since the inventions of the Wright brothers. This museum does only contain air crafts but also a vision that people have for future.

National Design Museum- This museum provides knowledge to how design shapes our everyday life and studying how the new designs can optimize our future.

The National Portrait Gallery- This museum contains portraits, sculptures, and paintings of famous historical figures. The museum helps the public visualize these historical figures and make closer connections with them. The museum also help to learn more about the each figures background.
