As a person who have only been to few museums, I was excited to go to the high again. Maybe it is because of my great expectation, I was not very impressed with the exhibition. The exhibition consisted of drawings and paintings of venetian art. The moment I entered the exhibition, I started to read the description of the exhibition and was depressed by the few amount of artworks that are present.
The first area of the exhibition was where the drawings were present. out of the entire exhibition, I think the drawings where the best not because I prefer sketches over paintings but also because the drawing section of the exhibition consisted of sketches that showed the progress of each artists artworks. It fascinated me how much process one has to go through to create a master piece.
The second section and the third floor consisted of artworks by Titian and other artists. The paintings didn't interest me be cause they were normal paintings of portraits of people or different stories such as the story of Diana. Although the details of the painting impressed me a lot but the commoness of the theme made me dislike the second portion of the exhibition.
